“ A culinary discovery during a meal shared with others (Glamots Rehabilitation Center), and vegetarian since "Thursday is veggie day!" Autumn pesto with Charente legumes Potato rösti, creamy white bean purée, and green coulis Almond-olive cake, Fontainebleau cheese with goat cheese and prune confit. Everyone at my table thoroughly enjoyed it. The plates were emptied! Very interesting cuisine with a beautiful balance of flavors and textures. And a good nutritional balance. Made with local products. And it's proof that you can be vegetarian and delicious! When I'm feeling better, I'll have dinner at the Auberge du Boisné!! ”
